When you sell the raw land , you get 100% of a smaller number (eg,Rs:1 crore) , when we develop it the total project value becomes (eg,Rs:2.5 crore)

You get 80% of all sale revenue, we get 20%. "Your land never leaves your name"

You fund the project development, including approvals, roads, compound walls, drainage, lighting, and related infrastructure.

We provide a detailed budget before starting the project. Development cost typically ranges from ₹30–50 lakhs per acre, depending on the location and amenities.

Approval
& Sales Timeline

Residential Zoned Dry Land DTCP approval can usually be obtained within 3 months. Once approvals are completed, plot sales are generally completed within 9–12 months, subject to market conditions.
Dry Agricultural Land Land conversion approval typically takes around 4 months. DTCP approval requires an additional 3 months. Overall sales completion may take 12–24 months, depending on market conditions.
Pricing & Transparency Final approval for all price lists remains with you. Prices will not be changed without your consent. All transactions will be fully transparent and properly recorded.
Revenue Sharing Initial plot sales will first recover the development cost. After recovery of development expenses, the remaining revenue will be shared in an 80:15 ratio. Prior to the mutual agreement signing, our share will be 5%.
